We are able to distinguish priority walls and trade collisions prior to construction. We feel this makes it fun to do business along side HAR-CON and ultimately delivers the cleanest most user friendly project possible.

Design Services
At HAR-CON we know there are several ways to deliver a project to an owner.
We believe that "Design Assist" is a great method of giving the owner a great end result.
During the design assist process HAR-CON, along with the Engineer, Architect, and Owner, develop the project design from the start. This allows the team to align itself with one another and set forth common goals for design, constructability, and the overall functionality of the facility.
This process creates a construction environment where all involved work together to achieve the goals that were set during design. This delivery method has proven to minimize changes during the construction process, and keep the construction costs at or below the budget.
When the project is turned over to the owner, he gets a building that functions in a way that meets his needs and results in future projects for all involved.

Our team of Special Projects Managers brings over 150 years of experience to your facility when we are called.
We come together with building operators, engineers, and construction managers to conquer some of the toughest jobs in Texas.

We are qualified to work in new and existing healthcare facilites by ASHE and the AHA. We have certified Infection Control personnel on staff to work with your ICO on any Healthcare project.
All hospital direct proposals include four (4) hours standard ICRA and ILSM consultation time. At HAR-CON we understand the unique environment our Healthcare Professionals must work in and have adapted our business and people to accommodate every situation.
